Data deletion

Email privacy@shop-mcp.app with the subject Data deletion request. Include the email address on your ShopMCP account, the workspace name, and whether you want us to delete your user account, a workspace, or connected-platform credentials.

We acknowledge privacy and erasure requests within 72 hours and respond in full within 30 days unless a shorter legal deadline applies.

If you connected Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram assets, or Business Manager data to ShopMCP, you can revoke access from Meta:

1. Open Facebook or Meta Business settings.
2. Go to Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
3. Find ShopMCP and choose Remove or Deauthorize.
4. If Meta asks whether to request data deletion, confirm the deletion request.

For Meta deletion callbacks, ShopMCP revokes matching Meta connections, removes encrypted access credentials from active use, disables the Meta Ads module for affected workspaces, and stops future MCP tool access to those Meta assets.

We may retain minimal records where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing, or audit logs. Retained data is isolated and not used to operate Meta MCP tools.
